How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at tommy@yourgoodstory.biz with your order details and we'll process it for you.
What happens after
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunded subscriptions are canceled immediately and access ends.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date from your account page. If a renewal charge happens and you didn't use the upcoming period, contact us within 30 days and we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first — chargebacks are time-consuming for everyone and we're usually faster.
